At lunch time and in the evening, Maud shall read you the specials on the black board. Your culinary journey will begin as soon as you hear her voice. You are in Val d'Hérens, near Evolène, Les Haudères, Forclaz in the Valais.

The history of les Collines

The previous owner Marie was appreciated for decades for her audacious literary coffee shop located in the mountains from the sixties.

Bringing their culture of originality, simplicity, and indulging lifestyle, Maud and François-Xavier took up the challenge in 2018, and brought their daughter Lou-Anne with them.

Their contemporary cuisine is prepared in respect of traditions, honesty, full of enthusiasm and rigor. Dishes incorporate local products offering bold flavors and presented with passion.

Those two catering professionals have decided to surround themselves with an equally attentive team to make you feel right at home!
